OUR VOICES WILL CONTINUE TO BE HEARD. WE SUPPORT a limited role for government, a strong national defense, a commitment to religious values, and the right of a child to NOT BE ABORTED. WE WILL WORK HARD TO ELECT A CONSERVATIVE REPUBLICAN TO THE WHITE HOUSE IN 2012 AND RID OUR COUNTRY OF THE DEMON-CRAT PLAGUE WE HAVE SUFFERED UNDER DURING THE CURRENT AMERICA HATING REGIME.

New babies in Illinois
My brother-in-law's son and his wife just had a baby in central Illinois. Little Liam Timothy Kimmel (and a last name I won't reveal) was born by C-Section, and born with $10,000 of Michael Madigan's debt. THANKS Mr. Madigan and all you scum-ocrats. This kid is already burdened by the scum-ocrats in Washington, DC. and now he has the scum-ocrats in Springfield piling on more debt. Geez.

Here is the Arizona legislation concerning ILLEGAL immigration
GO TO THIS LINK (SENATE BILL 1070) for the Arizona law on ILLEGAL immigration. When you read it you will be better informed than no-bama, the AG, and the Homeland Security Secretary (and probably most of this disturbing president's administration). Obviously they don't have the time or the inclination to actually read the bill to have the facts, not the bull-sh*t they're tossing around.
"The legislature finds that there is a compelling interest in the cooperative enforcement of federal immigration laws throughout all of Arizona. The legislature declares that the intent of this act is to make attrition through enforcement the public policy of all state and local government agencies in Arizona. The provisions of this act are intended to work together to discourage and deter the unlawful entry and presence of aliens and economic activity by persons unlawfully present in the United States."
And then it says VERY CLEARLY:
So here is pretty important stuff for the police officers to consider:
"A LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIAL OR AGENCY OF THIS STATE OR A COUNTY, CITY, TOWN OR OTHER POLITICAL SUBDIVISION OF THIS STATE MAY NOT CONSIDER RACE, COLOR OR NATIONAL ORIGIN IN THE ENFORCEMENT OF THIS SECTION EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY THE UNITED STATES OR ARIZONA CONSTITUTION."
Seems pretty clear to me. I might only have a Master's Degree in Law, but that law is pretty darned explicit in it's requirements. So why the hoo-haw about it? Yep, pure politics on the part of demon-crats. Maybe a few of them should actually READ THE LAW and take a spin through some police training manuals which are very specific about forbidden behavior.

A PERSON IS PRESUMED TO NOT BE AN ALIEN WHO IS UNLAWFULLY PRESENT IN THE UNITED STATES IF THE PERSON PROVIDES TO THE LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICER OR AGENCY ANY OF THE FOLLOWING:
1. A VALID ARIZONA DRIVER LICENSE.
2. A VALID ARIZONA NON OPERATING IDENTIFICATION LICENSE.
3. A VALID TRIBAL ENROLLMENT CARD OR OTHER FORM OF TRIBAL IDENTIFICATION.
4. IF THE ENTITY REQUIRES PROOF OF LEGAL PRESENCE IN THE UNITED STATES BEFORE ISSUANCE, ANY VALID UNITED STATES FEDERAL, STATE OR LOCAL GOVERNMENT ISSUED IDENTIFICATION.

This says a lot about the immigration issue in Arizona
The more they threaten the more people will push back and enforce the immigration laws. If only we had a president who would get off his ass and actually ENFORCE the federal laws--ya, like that's gonna happen!

Another Blago program that costs us ba-jillions and is unnecessary
From today's Illinois Review (LINK HERE)
"The Illinois Auditor General's findings on the 2005 All Kids program showed serious inconsistencies that is prompting a call for more investigation from House Republicans. Last week, the Auditor General found the controversial program, first initiated by the impeached Governor Rod Blagojevich, cost taxpayers in excess of $70 million, is not run efficiently, allowing coverage when it should be terminated, and 70 percent of All Kids' medical claims were for undocumented immigrants.
Auditor General William Holland's All Kids' findings of showed:
• Only one pay stub is used to check income eligibility and no cross-reference to other state records occurs to double check income level.
• HFS paid nearly $50,000 in claims for individuals who exceeded the age limit.
• 43% of enrollees did not provide proof of birth and 6% of cases could not have the identity of the enrollee confirmed.
• 70% of the medical claims incurred were for citizens with undocumented citizenship, although due to program integrity deficiencies, some legal immigrants were actually misclassified as undocumented (thus failing to earn federal match).
• The results of the audit were delayed because it took HFS more than 6 months to provide some of the requested data.
• HFS paid a third party contractor over $8 million from FY 2006 – FY 2008 for marketing of the program (initial RFP stated that the marketing contract would be $3 million).
Auditor General William Holland's All Kids' findings of showed:
- In FY09, 94,525 children whose family income was greater than 200% of the federal poverty level or were classified as undocumented immigrants were enrolled in the expanded All Kids program.
- Total claims paid in FY09 for the expanded All Kids enrollees were $79.1 million. HFS received approximately $8.9 million in premiums from enrollees, thus making the net cost of the All Kids expansion approximately $70.2 million.
- HFS does not terminate All Kids coverage when the enrollees fail to pay premiums as required by administrative rule and statute.

This is what happens when demon-crats have total control of government. This should really remind everyone why they should vote them out of office.

And you wonder why all the landscapers are named Jose or Jesus....
Read this story: Landscapers find workers choosing jobless pay
"In a state with the nation's highest jobless rate, landscaping companies are finding some job applicants are rejecting work offers so they can continue collecting unemployment benefits.
It is unclear whether this trend is affecting other seasonal industries. But the fact that some seasonal landscaping workers choose to stay home and collect a check from the state, rather than work outside for a full week and spend money for gas, taxes and other expenses, raises questions about whether extended unemployment benefits give the jobless an incentive to avoid work."
I've been inundated with pamphlets left on my mailbox and front door by Hispanic landscapers. They obviously WANT TO WORK. On the other hand, there are people I know who have been unemployed for a long time and keep collecting unemployment when there are jobs out there to be had. Sure they don't pay as much as they'd like to get, BUT THEY'RE JOBS. So why do people keep collecting those unemployment checks? Is it just too easy--do people just have a sense of entitlement that leads them to take the money because somehow "the man" screwed them so they should get paid for doing nothing--or are they just lazy? Does that mean I think all people who get unemployment are lazy? HELL NO. I even got unemployment once, but it was back in the day when you ACTUALLY had to prove you were seeking work (and I did get screwed over by a school district). As quickly as I could stop taking that check I did.
On a side note, I was shopping at a local Goodwill store the other day (yes, they are great places to shop and I frequently donate items) and noticed a large amount of Hispanics shopping there also. Smart people getting good bargains. And then I went out to get in my 6 year old car and watched a young Hispanic couple with a baby get into a large GMC new shiny SUV. Hmmm, I guess I wondered how they afforded that when most people can't. Ok, so maybe they're white collar professionals with 6 figure jobs....NO. My thoughts were that they were working for someone for cash and not paying taxes. When you don't pay taxes you can afford a lot of things us dolts who pay big bucks to the state, local and federal governments can't afford. Now maybe I'm wrong. Maybe, but I doubt it.
How does this relate to the story above? Check out all the (hardworking) landscapers. Do you think they are all documented tax-paying folks? Do you think they are covered by workers' comp and insured through their companies? I'd bet all the Sanchez/Lopez/Hernandez guys who leave the pamphlets on our doors and mailboxes hire people who are not documented and don't pay taxes. So here's my question: WHO CHECKS THAT? Does the Illinois Revenue Department or Ill. Dept. of Labor or US Dept. of Labor check? WHO CHECKS? Maybe prices to get your yard dethatched or mulched or your driveway sealed would be higher, but wouldn't the need for welfare programs and unpaid bills be less? Hmmmm, just asking.
