Watched as the Illinois House of Representatives committee voted to recommend impeachment to the full House. It was interesting to watch all those Democrat members speak with such righteous indignation about RodBlo--about all his failings and how he has driven our state into the horrible financial condition we're in. WHAT A JOKE. Where were they when he committed all those sins? Why didn't they do something about it years ago? Why did they sit passively when he flaunted the law, stole the publics' trust? Were they profiting from his political exploitation or were they just quiet so they could stay in power?
So it's a joke--we know that, but I'm hoping the joke will be on them when election day comes in 2 years--when maybe the voters of Illinois will FINALLY get a clue and take their responsibilities seriously.
