Another child is killed in a predominantly black neighborhood in Chicago. Let's be honest folks, it's not white people or Chinese or Hispanics going into those neighborhoods and killing kids--it's black on black crime. That's the plain facts. Here's another horribly sad story of another black child (but the fact that she's black is irrelevant--except to point out the obvious situation that no one in Chicago wants to admit) who is murdered in her own neighborhood. So horribly sad.
