Did anyone see that Blago press conference this afternoon? All I kept thinking was, "This is psychotic." Fox News (national edition) carried it live and I watched it there. Shepherd Smith was awesome, making comments every now and then (he just couldn't stop himself) that were just what I was thinking (like "he's living in Blago land"). Unbelievable. And tonight there's a BREAKING NEWS item on the Chicago Tribune that Blago's lawyer, Ed Genson, has resigned from his case altogether. Would you want to work for him? He can't keep his client quiet--he keeps blabbing and just digging a deeper and deeper hold for himself. Geez, and this guy actually graduated from law school? Pepperdine must be cringing.
